Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient technique that promotes your body's natural healing process through the placement of thin, sterile, single use needles into precise acupuncture points. A patient's signs and symptoms determine which points to use. Acupuncture is a safe and effective treatment. Clinical research continues to prove it's validity and fuel it's growth and acceptance.

Acupuncture sessions are private and confidential. We will chat and review your reason for seeking treatment. We will spend time getting as much of a complete health history and “snapshot” as possible. In gathering all this information, we are creating an image of your current symptomology and the cause of ongoing discomfort according to the Chinese Medical diagnosis. This will include discussion, questions and palpation.
The second half of the session is the acupuncture treatment. Utilizing a variety of modalities (acupuncture, cupping and massage) and approaches, we work to facilitate your body’s innate desire for balance and ability to heal.
